Robert Waller Otway
(1770-1846)

Robert Waller Otway was born in Westwood on 26 Apr 1770 and died in Hyde Park Gardens on 12 May 1846. He served in the Royal Navy.

He married Clementina Holloway on 15 Aug 1801.

Sons who served as naval officers: Robert Waller Otway, Charles Cooke Otway and George Graham Otway

• Groom in Waiting to Queen Victoria (17 Jul 1837–13 May 1846)
